Why Dehumidify?

Dehumidification is the process of removing moisture from air to control humidity and protect equipment, products, and controlled environments. There are two main methods: Condensation Method Air is cooled below its dew point, causing moisture to condense into water which is then removed. Desiccant Method Moisture is absorbed from the air using hygroscopic materials like silica gel, then removed from the material by heating during regeneration.

Most dehumidifiers look the same, but what sets them apart is the desiccant wheel – the heart of the system. This critical dehumidifier component efficiently removes moisture from the air.

FD160 – 980

The Fral industrial dehumidifiers of the series FD are suitable for humidity control in commercial and industrial spaces. Particularly sturdy and durable, they can be easily installed and are easy to maintain. They can also be placed in environments for the preservation of food products or in industrial processes where humidity control is necessary.

The Fral fixed dehumidifiers of the series FD can be equipped with an optional HOT GAS defrosting system, with electronic and thermostatic control, and can work with temperatures close to 0 °C.

FDK44 – 100

The Fral professional fixed dehumidifiers of the series FDK are high-performance, compact, easy to install appliances and can be used in multiple applications. They feature a high-efficiency filter in polyurethane, washable and easily replaceable, which can be connected to a fixed drain. They are equipped with strong handles for easy handling, rubber feet and an onboard mechanic humidistat. The Fral industrial dehumidifiers of the series FDK are equipped as standard with a Hot Gas defrosting system, with electronic and thermostatic control, and can work with temperatures close to 0 °C.

FDNP33 – 96

The Fral portable professional dehumidifiers of the series FDNP are high-performance appliances, equipped with robust galvanized steel frame coated with epoxy resins and mounted on 2 big wheels that make it easy to move even in yard environments or in case of obstacles. They have a high efficiency air filter in polyurethane, washable and easily replaceable, and a very large condensate collection tank with the possibility of direct drain. It is possible to install a condensate lifting pump instead of the collection tank, allowing condensate pumping up to a height of 3.5 meters from the machine positioning level.

FR1050 – 3150T

The Fral FSW series fixed dehumidifiers are high-performance appliances, usable in a variety of applications. They are particularly suited to dehumidify swimming pool environments, since they are resistant to corrosion due to chlorine. They feature a high efficiency air filter in polyurethane, washable and easily replaceable, and the possibility of direct drain. Optionally, it is possible to install a condensate lifting pump that allows condensate pumping up to a height of 3.5 meters from the machine positioning level. The Fral fixed dehumidifiers series FSW can be equipped with electrical resistances or hot water coil for heating. Their elegant design makes them particularly suitable for installation in special environments such as libraries and offices.
